Job Overview

Job Title: RN Unit Manager (RN UM)
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Pay Range: $65/hr to $67/hr
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care
Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all care standards
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members
Monitor medication administration and ensure proper documentation
Implement care policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
Address resident concerns, manage escalations, and maintain positive patient relationships
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel performance
Oversee shift scheduling, staff assignments, and workflow management
Ensure regulatory compliance with facility, state, and federal standards
Participate in audits, care meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
